- We have a web-based portal for hotels to use for managing rates and room allocations. Currently we have over 90,000 hotels on our database.
- A single application supports both end-users (corporate or leisure) and call-centre users. Call-centre agents have access to offline (on-request) hotel booking processing functionality as well as assisting callers with their online bookings.
- Our core system supports hotel room and allocation management.
- We support merchant rate booking functionality with an integrated credit card payment process that can be used online or in a call-centre configuration.
- Our hotel booking technology is being used by a leading global travel management company to serve its corporate clients in Europe and in the JAPAN region.
- The hotel booking engine has an OTA compliant interface to connect to hotel CRS systems.
- We supply hotel technology as well - this ranges from Central Reservation Systems to Property Management Systems including call accounting, keycard interfaces, pay tv etc. We have the whole suite of products for hotels like conference and banqueting system, Sales Management, Health Club and Spa management developed using .net technology.
