5. How do you work out the cost of a Project?
From the input you provide, this would be in the form of technical and business specifications and also interviews with concerned staff from your company, we will analyze all this and divide the whole project into smaller modules. It becomes easier for us to make our estimates on these smaller modules in terms of how many man hours each would take, this would detremine the level of complexity involved and in turn determine the seniority of our staff would be working on the various modules. Based on the different levels of staff seniority and the number of man hours involved we would work out using the rate per man hour, the total cost of the project.
